Business Expo Tent
The Big Pig Gig and Community Chamber are pleased to offer this promotional showcase event to our local businesses and community. Take this opportunity to display, demonstrate and showcase your new or existing business, products or services. Gain exposure to the masses while meeting your potential customers face-to-face. The Big Pig Big Business Expo Tent is a great opportunity for the community to see and experience the variety of products and services available in Menomonee Falls. Space is limited, so reservations will honored on first-come basis.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Each 10’ x 10‘ booth includes one plain 8’ table, 2 chairs and a sign identifying the business.
- You are welcome to bring free-standing display backdrops, but they must fit within your 10‘ booth space.
- Use of tacks or nails on tent and tables is prohibited.
- Permission is required if amplifying equipment or music is desired.
- Spaces cannot be shared with other businesses.
- Participants can also showcase their business by renting the demonstration area.
- The demonstration area / tent is available in one hour increments between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
- When planning your demonstration time, set up and take down must be included within your one hour allocation.
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellation for any reason
SET UP
Set up is on Saturday September 18th from 8:00 am to 9:45 am.
Booths must be staffed and ready at 9:45 am and remain staffed until 4:00 pm.
TAKE DOWN
Each participant is responsible for installing and removing their own display items. All items must be removed from the Business Expo Tent at the closing of the event, but no later than 5:00pm. Storage is not available for later pick up. The Big Pig Gig and Community Chamber are not responsible for damage, lost or stolen items.
PRODUCTS, SAMPLES AND DISPLAYS
Participants are welcome and encouraged to provide samples for attendees. However, participants must provide an example or description of their sample in advance to the Big Pig Gig committee for approval. Samples should represent or promote your business, examples include: brochures, coupons and demonstrations. All samples are to be provided free to attendees. No samples of food or beverages are permitted. No selling of products is allowed.
COSTS
10’ x 10’ BOOTH - $115 Chamber Members / $150 non-Chamber Members
20’ x 20’ DEMONSTARTION AREA - $150.00/hr. Chamber Members / $200/hr. non-Chamber Members
ELECTRICITY - $25.00 additional
